This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction port and a 2-1/2" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The unit includes a 6-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a dry shaft design with a replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The design includes flush seal line taps, pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections, and a rear pullout configuration to facilitate maintenance. The pump operates at fluid temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump is configured with a 2 HP Baldor motor in a 145JM frame with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM and uses an ODP enclosure with a drip cover. The electrical configuration requires 230-460/60/3PH power and operates within a 40°C ambient temperature. The motor meets NEMA standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding and premium efficiency ratings per MG1-12.55. The unit is configured with an across the line starting option and is set for CCW rotation. The pump has a DOE PEI rating of 0.85.
