This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a cast iron casing. The pump includes a bronze wear ring, a stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. It is configured with a mechanical seal comprising a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250°F operation. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 50 HP TEFC Baldor motor in a 326TS NEMA frame. The electrical configuration supports 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power and utilizes across the line starting. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This model maintains a DOE PEI of 0.93 and functions in 40°C ambient temperatures with counter-clockwise rotation.
