This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The pump design includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft configuration that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The unit incorporates a rear pullout design, top center line discharge, pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections, and flush seal line taps.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor Super E premium efficiency motor that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The motor is configured with an ODP enclosure, NEMA frame 254 JM with feet, and an ambient temperature rating of 40°C. Power requirements are 230-460/60/3PH with an across-the-line starting option. The unit is set for CCW rotation and features a DOE PEI of 0.9.
