This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. The pump is constructed with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve utilizing a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Pressure tappings are integrated into the suction and discharge connections for system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 100 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 405 T-frame. It is configured for a 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with across the line starting. The unit features a structural steel base with an integrated drip pan, a standard Wood's coupler, an OSHA, and greasable bearings. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and complies with NEMA standards. This pump assembly maintains a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
