This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction connection and a 1-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes an 11-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. Internal components consist of a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The casing includes gauge ports at the suction and discharge connections and a drain port at the bottom.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 213 T-frame. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that incorporates an integral drip pan. A Woods coupler connects the pump to the motor, protected by a standard coupler guard. This model has a DOE PEI of 0.95.
