This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction port and 8" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The construction includes a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft fitted with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250 °F. The pump is equipped with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections to allow for system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and uses a 200 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and NEMA 445T frame. The electrical configuration is 460V/60Hz/3PH with across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes an AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing on the non-drive end, and a 40 °C ambient rating. This unit is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and utilizes a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The bearing frame features greasable bearings.
