This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and is constructed with a cast iron casing, a stainless steel shaft, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The internal assembly includes a bronze wear ring. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 3 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3, meeting premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The motor is a NEMA T-frame 213 style and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and features a Woods coupler covered by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The bearing frame utilizes permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life ball bearings.
