This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit includes a greasable bearing frame assembly.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 150 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 444 T-frame enclosure. It is configured for 460/60/3 power with an across-the-line starting option. The motor includes an AEGIS SGR and an insulated NDE bearing. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, utilizing a Woods coupling. This equipment is rated with a DOE PEI of 0.94 and is rated for a 40 °C ambient environment.
