This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 10" suction and 8" discharge connections. It uses a stainless steel impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation in temperatures up to 250°F. This unit utilizes ANSI Class 125 flanges and incorporates a dry shaft design.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 100 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 405T frame. The electrical configuration requires 460V, 3PH, 60Hz power and utilizes across the line starting. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and greasable bearings within the bearing frame. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a standard Woods coupler. This model meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards with a PEI of 0.94 and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
