This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design permits servicing without removing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration supports self-venting.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP TEFC Baldor motor. It is configured for a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply. The motor uses a 145 JM frame style with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This configuration meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.83.
