This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 4" suction and 3" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is equipped with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit utilizes a cast iron bearing frame with greasable bearings.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP WEG ODP motor in a NEMA 256 T-frame. The electrical configuration is rated for 230-460/60/3PH power. The motor features AEGIS shaft grounding, premium efficiency per MG1-12.55, and across-the-line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded steel base that includes an integrated drip pan and is connected to the motor via a Woods flexible coupler protected by an OSHA-compliant guard. This equipment maintains a DOE PEI value of 0.9 and is rated for 40°F ambient operation.
