This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250 °F. Pressure tappings are provided on the suction and discharge connections, and the casing includes flush seal line taps.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP WEG ODP motor in a NEMA 215 T frame. It is configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The unit includes AEGIS shaft grounding and a Woods flexible coupler protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded structural steel base with an integrated drip pan. This equipment has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94, operates with counter-clockwise rotation, and supports a 40 °C ambient temperature.
