This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing that includes a bronze wear ring. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve with a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Pressure tappings are provided on the suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP motor in a NEMA 365T frame. It is configured with an ODP Baldor motor for a 230-460/60/3 power supply with across-the-line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with a drip pan and features a standard Woods coupler, greaseable bearings, and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and the pump has a DOE PEI of 0.94.
