This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features an 8" suction and 6" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It includes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump uses a dry shaft design and the impeller is dynamically balanced to ANSI Grade G6.3. The nominal impeller diameter is 13-1/2".
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 365T NEMA frame. The electrical configuration is 380/60/3, suitable for a 40°C ambient temperature. The unit features an AEGIS shaft grounding ring and uses a Woods coupler. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and the pump has a PEI value of 0.93.
