This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. This unit is constructed without a wear ring.
This equipment operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 125 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and NEMA 444T frame. It is configured for a 460/60/3 power supply and includes an AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing on the NDE, and greasable bearings. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard using a Woods coupler. This unit meets NEMA standards, operates in 40 °C ambient conditions, and has a PEI of 0.94.
