This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a dry shaft design with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve that prevents the shaft from contacting the circulating fluid. A rear pullout design allows for pump maintenance without disturbing the system piping. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting operation in temperatures up to 250°F. Flush seal line taps are provided for the installation of an optional filter, and pressure tappings are integrated into the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 1 HP Baldor motor. The motor features an ODP enclosure and a 145 JM frame with feet. It is configured for 230-460V, 60 Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The operating ambient temperature is rated at 40°C.
