This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge ports equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and includes a bronze wear ring. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design with a replaceable slip-on bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The construction includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, flush seal line taps, and a rear pullout configuration for service access.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP Baldor motor. It is configured with a 286 JM motor frame style with feet and a TEFC enclosure. The unit supports 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power and meets premium efficiency standards, including AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is rated for a 40 °C ambient temperature and a 250 °F maximum fluid temperature. It has a DOE PEI rating of 0.89.
