This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The construction includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. This unit utilizes an 11" nominal impeller diameter and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The design incorporates a slip-on shaft sleeve and a dry shaft configuration that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. The pump features flush seal line taps and integrated pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for internal servicing without disturbing the connected system piping, while the top center line discharge assists with venting and piping alignment.
