This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump includes a bronze wear ring and uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design and a greasable bearing frame.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is a NEMA 365 T frame, configured for 230-460/60/3 PH electrical service with an across the line starting option. It is rated for 40 °C ambient temperatures and CCW rotation, meeting premium efficiency standards and MG1-12.55 requirements with AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard featuring a standard Woods coupler. The pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.93.
