This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 1-1/2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge. The casing is constructed of cast iron with ANSI Class 125 flanges and does not include a wear ring. The unit incorporates a 9-1/2" diameter bronze impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve, which prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, with an operational temperature rating of 250°F.
The assembly is driven by a 5 HP Baldor ODP motor housed in a NEMA 184 T-frame, operating at 1750 RPM. The power supply requirement is 200V, 60Hz, 3PH. The unit is configured with an Across the Line starting option and AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base featuring an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This equipment meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and carries a DOE PEI rating of 0.86.
