This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction port and a 4" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 13-1/2" nominal diameter. It includes a bronze wear ring, a stainless steel shaft, and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
This pump is driven by a 40 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, mounted on a NEMA 324 T frame. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply with across the line starting. The pump is secured to a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler. The assembly features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per NEMA MG1-12.55, with a DOE PEI of 0.92. The motor is configured for 40°C ambient temperatures.
