This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses an 11" nominal bronze impeller and a cast iron casing. The assembly incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at 250°F. The pump is configured for clean water applications and utilizes greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 15 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 254T frame. It connects to a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and features across the line starting. The unit is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and Woods coupler inside an OSHA. The system includes AEGIS shaft grounding, meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards, and has a PEI of 0.92.
