This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from system fluids and includes flush seal line taps for filtration. The pump is equipped with pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without removing system piping, and the top center line discharge supports self-venting.
This pump is powered by a 3 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 230-460V, 3PH power supply. The motor operates at 1150 RPM and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. The unit is configured with a 213 JM motor frame style with feet and supports across-the-line starting. The motor is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
