This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with an 11" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft. It includes a bronze shaft sleeve as part of the dry shaft design. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F. Pressure tappings are included on both the suction and discharge connections for system monitoring.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP, TEFC WEG premium efficiency motor. The motor is configured for a 380/60/3 power supply with a NEMA 256 frame and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. It uses an across-the-line starting option and operates with counter-clockwise rotation. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that features a drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This unit is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.92 and an HI energy rating of 8, and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
