This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve in a dry shaft configuration. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The system operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 150 HP Baldor motor in a NEMA 444 T-frame ODP enclosure. The motor is configured for 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and uses a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The motor includes an AEGIS SGR and an insulated bearing at the non-drive end. This unit meets NEMA Premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI of 0.94.
