This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a cast iron casing equipped with a bronze wear ring. The assembly incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. Pressure tappings are integrated into both the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP, ODP Baldor motor. This motor is a NEMA 215 T frame unit, configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power, and meets premium efficiency standards. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding and greasable bearings in the bearing frame. The pump is mounted on a welded structural steel base that includes an integral drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This configuration has a DOE PEI value of 0.91.
