This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection. The pump casing is constructed of cast iron with ANSI Class 125 flanges and an integrated bronze wear ring. It utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and is built with a dry shaft design. The stainless steel shaft is fitted with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve to facilitate maintenance. The pump assembly includes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP WEG TEFC motor. It is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with an across-the-line starting option. The motor is a NEMA 213 T-frame style and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base that incorporates a drip pan and a Woods coupler with a standard guard. This equipment meets NEMA premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.92.
