This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents the circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250°F. The casing includes gauge ports for suction and discharge connections.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a NEMA 256 T frame. It is configured for 200V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply and includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that features an integral drip pan and uses a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. This model maintains a 40°C ambient rating and has a PEI of 0.92.
