This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter. The unit is constructed with a 1-1/2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge, utilizing ANSI Class 125 flanges. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly includes a dry shaft design, flush seal line taps for particle filtration, and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure and a drip cover. It is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power and features an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The motor is housed in a 145JM frame style with feet. This unit meets NEMA premium efficiency standards as defined in MG1-12.55 and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.86. The motor supports across-the-line starting and utilizes a counter-clockwise rotation.
