This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal comprises a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps for particle filtration and a rear pullout design for maintenance without disturbing system piping.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 30 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply and utilizes a JM motor frame with feet. The motor complies with NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.97 and utilizes an across-the-line starting option.
