This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly incorporates a dry shaft design with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, while the top centerline discharge simplifies piping layouts and assists with venting. The pump operates at temperatures up to 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7 1/2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power and utilizes a NEMA 213 JM frame style with feet. The motor is a Super E premium efficiency unit that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The starting option is across the line, and the pump has a DOE PEI rating of 0.91.
