This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit consists of a cast iron casing and an 11" bronze impeller. The design incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft construction. It is configured with a mechanical seal utilizing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections and flush seal line taps.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP Baldor Super E TEFC motor in a 215 NEMA frame. The electrical configuration is 380V, 60Hz, 3PH, suitable for across the line starting. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets MG1-12.55 standards. The assembly is mounted on a welded structural steel base that includes an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This equipment is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.87 and an HI Energy Rating of 13.
