This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2" suction connection and a 1-1/4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a cast iron casing and a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The assembly incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor Super E motor with an ODP enclosure. This motor is configured on a NEMA 213 frame and is compatible with 230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supplies using an across-the-line starting configuration. The unit is supported by a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. It is EISA compliant with a DOE PEI of 0.85 and an HI Energy Rating of 15.
