This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 7-1/4" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing and cover. The pump assembly includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The rear pullout design allows for maintenance without disturbing system piping, while the dry shaft design prevents contact between the shaft and circulating fluid. Integrated features include flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump is configured with a 1-1/2 HP, 1150 RPM Baldor TEFC motor mounted on a 182 JM frame with feet. It operates on a 230-460V/60/3PH power supply using an across-the-line starting method. The motor meets NEMA standards and premium efficiency requirements under MG1-12.55. This unit includes AEGIS shaft grounding and maintains a 40°C ambient temperature rating with counter-clockwise rotation.
