This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The unit incorporates a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the shaft and the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, and the rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing the system piping.
This pump is powered by a 2 HP Baldor ODP motor in a 145 JM frame style with feet. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with an across the line starting option. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The configuration carries a PEI value of 0.78. The top center line discharge design assists with piping layouts and pump venting.
