This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly incorporates a dry shaft design with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. Integrated features include flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 3 HP Baldor TEFC Super E premium efficiency motor. This unit is configured with a 182T NEMA motor frame and operates on 230-460/60/3PH power with an across-the-line starting option. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. This model maintains a DOE PEI rating of 0.88 and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 efficiency standards.
