This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 2-1/2" suction and 2" discharge connections. The pump uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and an ANSI Class 125 flange configuration without a wear ring. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that eliminates contact between the system fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with an operational temperature limit of 250°F. The pump assembly includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for servicing without disturbing system piping, and the top centerline discharge simplifies piping layouts.
