This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The seal is rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections along with flush seal line taps.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP WEG Super E premium efficiency motor that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The motor features a TEFC enclosure and a NEMA 256 T-frame, configured for a 230-460V, 3PH power supply with across-the-line starting. It functions in a 40°C ambient environment. The pump is mounted on a welded structural steel base that features an integral drip pan and a coupler guard covering the Woods coupler. This equipment has a DOE PEI of 0.92.
