This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with a 10" nominal diameter. The assembly uses a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. It connects to system piping via ANSI Class 125 flanges and does not include a wear ring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is configured in a NEMA 215 T-frame and operates on 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power. It features across-the-line starting and an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard.
