This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 9 1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze with a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a stainless steel shaft, a bronze shaft sleeve, and a cast iron casing. The mechanical seal assembly features a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. The dry shaft design prevents circulating fluid from contacting the pump shaft.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 215 T-frame. The power requirement is 230-460/60/3 with a standard across-the-line starting option and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA Premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and the unit has a DOE PEI rating of 0.91. It is secured to a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a Woods coupler. The system is configured for 104 °F ambient conditions and counter-clockwise rotation.
