This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction port and 4" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. It utilizes a rear pullout design and a dry shaft configuration that isolates the shaft from contact with the system fluid. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. It includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections to facilitate maintenance and system monitoring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 25 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for 230/460/60/3 power and uses a JM style motor frame with feet. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature and adheres to NEMA standards. The pump carries a DOE PEI value of 0.92.
