This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 2" suction connection and a 1-1/4" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and an NSF61 stainless steel impeller with a 7-1/4" nominal diameter. It includes a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and utilizes a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP, 230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz TEFC motor housed in a NEMA 145 frame. The motor is a Baldor Super E Premium Efficiency unit equipped with AEGIS shaft grounding and supports across-the-line starting. This configuration includes a welded base with a drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. The equipment is EISA compliant with a PEI value of 0.81 and a Hydraulic Institute energy rating of 19.
