This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The unit uses a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve to facilitate a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The casing features pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This assembly is configured with a 30 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in a 286 T-frame NEMA motor frame. It operates on 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power with an ODP enclosure and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and maintains a 40°C ambient rating. The pump connects to the motor using a Woods coupler protected by an OSHA.
