This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with 4" suction and 3" discharge ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections and incorporates flush seal line taps.
This pump is driven by a 20 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 256 T-frame. It operates at 1750 RPM on a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with across the line starting. The unit is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and includes a Woods coupler guard. The motor is premium efficiency rated per MG1-12.55 and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is configured for 40°C ambient conditions and counter-clockwise rotation, with a PEI of 0.92.
