This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This unit is built with a 10" nominal impeller diameter.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 5 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure, housed in a NEMA 184T frame. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3 PH power supply with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and features AEGIS shaft grounding and greasable bearings. The pump has a PEI value of 0.94.
