This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction port and a 5" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with an 11" nominal diameter, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from system fluids and includes an easy-to-replace, slip-on shaft sleeve. It is equipped with a mechanical seal featuring a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and a rear pullout design to facilitate service without disturbing system piping.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for 230-460V, 60 Hz, 3PH power and features AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA standards and uses a JM frame style with feet for mounting. It maintains a 40 °C ambient temperature rating and CCW rotation. The motor provides premium efficiency, and the pump is rated with a DOE PEI of 0.94.
