The pump construction incorporates a dry shaft design that prevents fluid contact with the shaft during operation.
This pump is driven by a 2 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 145 T-frame configuration, operating at 1750 RPM. Electrical requirements are 230-460/3PH/60Hz, with an across the line starting option. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. It is mounted on a welded base that incorporates a drip pan and is connected to the motor by a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The pump is rated with a DOE PEI of 0.81.
