This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump uses an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring housed within a cast iron casing. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 20 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 256 T-frame. The motor connects to the pump through a standard Woods coupler, and the assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan and a standard coupler guard. Electrical requirements are 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH. The unit is designed for a 40°C ambient environment and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. It meets NEMA premium efficiency standards and has a PEI value of 0.97.
