This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design that prevents contact with the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing the system piping, while the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts and makes the pump self-venting.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor. It is configured with an ODP enclosure, a 213JM frame with feet, and AEGIS shaft grounding. Electrical requirements are 200V, 60Hz, 3PH, with across the line starting. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature. This pump model is rated with a PEI of 0.87.
