This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges, a 2-1/2" suction, and a 1-1/2" discharge. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller with a bronze wear ring. The unit incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250°F. Pressure tappings are included at the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 3 HP, ODP Baldor motor on a NEMA 182 T frame. It is powered by 200V, 3PH, 60Hz current with across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan, an OSHA, and a Woods coupler. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI of 0.85. The unit is rated for 40°C ambient temperature and includes AEGIS shaft grounding.
